VERIFY CURRENT STRUCTURE
In the initial phase a basic inspection is carried out to collect dimensional information and photographic material.

PHASE 1
PROJECT DEFINITION
In the next phase we develop various project proposals to be submitted to our client. These are later amended to meet the desires and needs of the client. Several sketches are developed and later translated into technical drawings or photo-realistic images (rendering) of how the project will look like once completed.

PHASE 2
DEMOLITION
With extreme care and attention, not only to the space under restructuring but also to the common parts with other properties, we follow the demolition and disposal of all wastes and detritus in order to prepare the spaces for their reconstruction.

PHASE 3
RECONSTRUCTION
It is either entrusted to contractors that we trust or ones chosen by our clients, organized and led directly by the Staff of our Studio in order to realize both the wall and system buildings of the spaces to be restructured.

PHASE 4
FURNISHING
In the delicate but crucial phase of furnishing we are able to offer furniture, lighting  systems and appliances, either from top-quality Italian brands, or from international ones. Furthermore, in order to personalize and complete the decor of your spaces, we employ trusted craftsmen.

PHASE 5
In order to enhance your spaces by making them “unique”, our service also offers you the chance to be followed, advised and assisted in the choice of the furniture and accessories (lamps, rugs, pictures, vases, various accessories and art works) by our collaborators from Art Buyers.
